Bunting Neighborhood Leadership Program

Application Information

Applications are due no later than Monday, October 31 at 11:59 p.m. EST and include both a written and video component.

Application & Selection Details: Fellows should be between ages of 18 and 45 and have worked (volunteer or paid) in one of the target communities (McElderry Park, Middle East, Oliver, Ellwood Park/Monument, or Milton-Montford) for a minimum of 1 year, but 3 years experience in the targeted communities is preferred. You should be able to demonstrate an ability to work well with others, communicate effectively, and have leadership potential (i.e., vision/goals, strong desire to make an impact, confident, empathetic, etc.). 

Please note: if you are employed, you must have employer approval to participate to allow for 20% release time to work on this leadership program while getting paid by the leadership program. Fellows will be paid the equivalent of 20% of their current salary for the year. If you are not currently employed, you will be paid 20% of the average salary of fellows.
