                        Social Determinants of Health Symposium

SDH 2019

May 13 community leaders and health experts will gather to examine and discuss what success looks like for Baltimore neighbors and neighborhoods across the life course at our annual Social Determinants of Health Symposium. We invite you to join this discussion as we explore the current efforts being made in our communities, as well as, brain storm solutions that can help communities and people go beyond surviving and focus on thriving! Breakfast, lunch, and light refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Panelists and guest speakers to include Melvin A. Wilson of Turnaround Tuesday, Dana Stein of Civic Works, Rev. Gary Dittman of Amazing Grace Church, and more!
