Through exercises and discussion, participants will: • Learn the elements of a successful grant proposal • Gain tools that will assist with grant critiquing • Explore strategies for developing one of the most important elements of a successful grant proposal, the budget! • Find out the seven most common mistakes in grant writing and ways to avoid them This highly participatory workshop is designed for participants from community-based organizations.
