Writing for Success: Preparing Winning Grants

Grant Writing workshop

Secure funds for your community-based organization by learning the best approaches for planning, writing, and submitting grants. Learn tips and skills that will take you beyond meeting grant requirements and deadlines and start winning grant proposals!

Through exercises and discussion, participants will:
   •   Learn the elements of a successful grant proposal
   •   Gain tools that will assist with grant critiquing
   •   Explore strategies for developing one of the most important elements of a successful grant
       proposal, the budget!
   •   Find out the seven most common mistakes in grant writing and ways to avoid them

This highly participatory workshop is designed for participants from community-based organizations. There are limited seats available for students
